Full-Stack Developer for Codebase Review — React Frontend & Python AI Backend

We need an experienced full-stack engineer to perform a thorough codebase review of our web application built with a React frontend and Python backend. The goal is to identify code quality issues, architectural weaknesses, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns — then deliver a clear, actionable report with prioritized recommendations.

This is not a refactoring engagement. We want an expert set of eyes to assess the current state of the codebase and tell us exactly where we stand, what needs attention first, and what's working well. The report will guide our internal team's roadmap for the next quarter.

Scope includes reviewing the React frontend (component architecture, state management, rendering performance, code organization), the Python backend (API design, database queries, error handling, service structure), and the integration layer between them (API contracts, data flow, authentication)
