Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions. This role will focus on building enterprise-grade AI systems, defining architectural standards, and enabling reusable, governed AI frameworks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems that collaborate and communicate effectively
• Lead the architecture and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks at enterprise scale
• Define and enforce best practices for scalable, reusable, and governed AI solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing platforms
• Build and optimize pipelines leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Develop and consume APIs for seamless system integration
• Collaborate with data engineering teams using platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs and Generative AI technologies
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain
• Proficiency in working with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Solid understanding of API development and integration
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
• Prior experience defining AI governance and best practices
