Shotstack is an API-first AI video infrastructure platform used by 80,000+ businesses to build, render, and automate video programmatically. Last year our customers created more than 5 million videos, and we grew 6x in the process. Spotify, IKEA, Twitter and McDonalds have used our platform to build their video applications.
We’re hiring a Developer Advocate to turn Shotstack’s capabilities into visible, working examples that attract the right developers, partners, and customers.
The Role
This is a builder-distributor role. You’ll create demo apps, integrations, and reference implementations, then make sure they get seen and used.
What you’ll do
Build and improve demo apps, integrations, and reference implementations
Show how Shotstack works with AI tools, developer tools, and modern workflows
Maintain GitHub demo repos and listings on relevant platforms and directories
Drive partner distribution through co-marketing, listings, and case studies
Own Shotstack’s social presence
What we’re looking for
You can ship integrations and demo apps independently
You’re comfortable with APIs
You use AI coding tools heavily and effectively
You think about distribution as part of the job, not an afterthought
You can prioritise what to build, fix, and promote for maximum impact
You’re comfortable building in public and posting consistently on social media
