You will cover the full software development lifecycle across core technologies including Java backend development, databases, containerized and distributed systems, microservices, and scalable applications. Tech stack will include: Java, Python, SQL, Docker, Linux, Node.js, and AI tools/agent frameworks, with occasional front-end work where needed.

This is ideal for someone who wants to be technically stretched, gain exposure across multiple layers of the stack, and accelerate into a more senior, well-rounded engineer.

The Person

• Strong Java experience
• Good Python experience
• Strong SQL / PostgreSQL skills
• JavaScript, Node or React is a bonus
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Motivated by challenge, learning, and technical progression The Role
• Working within a small but highly skilled team of developers
• Own end to end full stack projects!
• Java, Python, Docker, Microservices, SQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Node and AI tools
• Build and scale backend systems using Java and Spring
• Work across a modern, cloud-based, containerized architecture
• Use Python for automation and engineering productivity tooling
• Work within microservices and distributed systems environments
• Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and modern delivery practices
