As we expand globally, we are looking for a Junior Front-End Developer based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic developer to create high-quality user interfaces, collaborate with designers and marketers, and grow technically in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development & Implementation
• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for healthcare and medical clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and high-quality front-end code.
• Support digital campaigns by developing landing pages, websites, and marketing assets.
Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement designs effectively.
• Support SEO, CRO, and performance optimization initiatives through front-end changes.
Website Performance & Optimization
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure consistent design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow best practices for accessibility and usability.
CMS & Content Updates
• Maintain and update websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Implement content updates, layouts, and page templates as needed.
Quality Assurance & Debugging
• Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI issues.
• Test features across multiple browsers and devices for consistency and reliability.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
• Stay current with modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, learn from senior developers, and apply feedback.
Required Qualifications
• 0–2 years in front-end development (internships, freelance projects, or personal work included).
• Experience with live websites or web applications is a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices.
Tools & Technologies
• Version control systems (Git).
• Design handoff tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
Soft Skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in remote environments.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools or workflows.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
