Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer

Duration: 6+ Months contract (Possibility for extension)

Location : REMOTE

Shift: PST Hours (US Pacific Standard Time)

Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design and implement advanced contact center solutions. You will be responsible for building automated customer experiences using the latest AWS AI tools and ensuring seamless routing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Contact Flows in Amazon Connect.
• Configure Amazon Lex bots specifically using Nova Sonic.
• Set up and optimize Amazon Q within the Connect AI agent environment.
• Implement and manage Webcrawler Knowledge Bases for AI agents.
• Handle Queue Routing and implement Contact Lens for speech and sentiment analytics.
• Collaborate with the Senior Lead to deliver high-quality CCaaS solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Core expertise in Amazon Connect.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex (Nova Sonic) and Amazon Q.
• Strong understanding of Contact Lens and Queue Routing.
• Experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) technology.
