Project Support Engineer; OT Security

Position: Project Support Engineer (OT Security)
Location: Town of Poland

Remote work within Poland

Minimum 3 years in OT Cybersecurity or Automation within GMP regulated manufacturing environments.
Mandatory skill required:
• OT Cybersecurity in manufacturing environments
• Governance processes and SOP development
• Experience with regulated documentation systems (e.g., Veeva)
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, network segmentation, and OT enabling services
• GxP / CFR Part 11 compliance knowledge
Good to have skills:
• Automation or engineering background
• Risk assessment and control effectiveness reviews
• Cross functional collaboration (Quality, IT, Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the OT Security BAU team in maintaining and updating documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ensure alignment and harmonization of cybersecurity procedures across global manufacturing sites.
• Contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of OT security controls, including risk assessments and control effectiveness reviews.
• Utilize tools such as Veeva or other regulated document management systems to manage documentation workflows in a GMP‑compliant manner.
• Assist in tracking and reporting progress of ongoing cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring alignment with client's cybersecurity framework and regulatory requirements.
