Manage all technical operations on IT systems, including the underlying infrastructure as well as applications
Manage the configuration and deployment of software
Manage level 1 and level 2 support for all IT systems and applications, including 24/7 technical support as well as rostering of technical support for levels 1,2 and 3
Develop budgets, policies and procedures for network operations, DevOps and support sub-divisions
Develop IT governance model and processes to achieve a flexible, efficient approach continuously improving processes and aligning with group governance to maximize effectiveness

Lead, influence, diagnose and develop recommendations to solve complex, enterprise-wide and process-specific ambiguous problems
Ensure specific metrics and measures are incorporated into solutions enabling continuous improvement.
Daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization
Plan, monitor, and record software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts
Create procurement strategies to optimize technology spend across the organization
Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles
