Full Stack Developer (React + Python)

At EX Squared LATAM, we collaborate with global clients to build high-impact digital solutions. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer based in Costa Rica to join our team, contributing to the design and development of scalable applications that enhance customer workflows and system integrations.

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
• Build and integrate solutions that enhance customer workflows and system interoperability.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs with secure authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with solution architects, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Create and manage containerized applications using Docker, with exposure to Kubernetes.
• Provide technical expertise across Linux and Windows environments.

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in web development using React and Nodejs.
• Proficiency in Python and modern programming practices.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and authentication standards.
• Solid experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
