Element is seeking an Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner to support a federal government healthcare program. The role requires experience in regulated healthcare environments, strong Agile product ownership skills, and a proven track record of managing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
• At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
• Must reside in the Continental US
