The Role

We are looking for an ambitious AI Engineer Intern who is deeply interested in the future of recruiting, talent ecosystems, job matching, and AI powered opportunity discovery.

You should be excited about building intelligent systems that help people navigate careers, discover aligned opportunities, build professional relationships, and improve how talent is discovered and connected.

This is ideal for someone who wants hands on experience building at the intersection of:

What You’ll Work On

• AI powered talent and job matching systems

• Recruiting workflow automation

• AI agents for talent sourcing and candidate engagement

• Relationship and compatibility intelligence

• Conversational and behavioral analysis

• Talent recommendation systems

• Professional and community graph infrastructure

• Early MVP product development

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with AI/ML engineering or applied AI projects

• Interest in recruiting technology, talent ecosystems, or future of work

• Familiarity with Python, APIs, LLM workflows, vector databases, or agent frameworks

• Curiosity around human behavior, careers, and professional relationships

• Ability to move quickly in startup environments

• Passion for building meaningful technology with real world impact

Bonus if you have experience with

• LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools

• Recommendation systems or matching algorithms

• Recruiting platforms or HR tech

• AI agents and workflow orchestration

• Full stack product development

• Consumer social or marketplace products
