Senior Software Engineer (Python / AI / ML) - Contract to Hire

Polance is an engineering services company delivering software solutions for enterprise clients. Our engineers work directly with client teams to design and build scalable, distributed systems.

Requirements

Strong experience in system design and infrastructure

Proficiency in: Python, AI/ML

Experience with microservices architecture

Experience with event-driven communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of enterprise system design

Experience working with distributed systems

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

Design and build enterprise-grade systems for clients

Develop microservices-based architectures

Implement event-driven solutions

Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure design

Collaborate directly with client engineering teams

Fluent English and local language
