Junior / Intern Front-End Developer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) — US Only

Overview

We are looking for a motivated junior or intern-level front-end developer based in the United States to join our team on an hourly basis. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real-world project experience. You will work on building and maintaining web pages and UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

▸ Build responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript

▸ Implement UI components using JavaScript libraries (e.g. jQuery, React basics, or similar)

▸ Fix bugs and make updates to existing front-end code

▸ Collaborate with the team via GitHub or similar version control tools

▸ Communicate progress clearly and respond promptly to feedback

Requirements

✓ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals

✓ Familiarity with at least one JavaScript library or framework (jQuery, React, Vue, etc.)

✓ Portfolio, GitHub profile, or sample projects (school work is welcome)

✓ Based in the United States (required)

✓ Good written English communication skills

✓ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to have

○ Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

○ Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub

○ Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development

○ Exposure to any backend technology (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
