I need a frontend developer to build a single-page evaluation experience for an aviation training product.
This is NOT a typical quiz app.
It must feel like a real FAA oral checkride evaluation, with strong visual design and smooth interaction.
🔧 Scope (Phase 1 only)
Build ONE screen with
Full-screen cockpit background (blurred, dark, cinematic)
Centered question + input field
Buttons: Submit / Skip / Mark for Review
After clicking Submit
1–2 second evaluator pause (NO spinner)
Feedback panel appears on same screen

Must match provided layout EXACTLY
🎨 Design Requirements (CRITICAL)
Must feel premium and cinematic
NO templates
NO Bootstrap-looking UI
Smooth transitions required
Strong attention to spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
🧠 Tech (preferred but flexible)
React / Next.js
Tailwind CSS or clean CSS
Framer Motion (for animations)
