Analyze & triage GitHub issues
Set up repositories (Docker, environments)
Evaluate unit test coverage & quality
Run & modify real-world codebases
Collaborate with researchers on LLM evaluation
Lead junior engineers (optional)

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Python
Experience with Git, Docker & pipelines
Ability to understand complex codebases
Hands-on debugging & testing skills

Experience in LLM\/AI projects

Knowledge of developer tools & automation
