Chief Transformation Officer, AI Integration

Overview

We're seeking a Russian-speaking senior executive to lead transformation across a diverse group of companies. The focus of this role is embedding generative and agentic AI into business operations to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost optimization, and customer experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a central transformation office for the holding group, setting the operating model, governance, and reporting standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, from rapid pilots to long-term programs that reshape core business processes.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics, ensuring projects create sustainable business value.
• Lead adoption at scale by driving change management and aligning diverse teams across multiple regions.
• Partner with the board and senior leadership to communicate risks, benefits, and outcomes with clarity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise transformation experience with direct P&L responsibility.
• Deep expertise in AI, data governance, and leading cross-business programs.
• Proven record of turning pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire teams across businesses.
