Job Overview

Secure Traces is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and scale robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and Python, along with working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, enabling seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend systems.

You will play a key role in architecture decisions, system scalability, and mentoring team members while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems

• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)

• Develop scalable backend services using .NET and Python

• Architect and maintain microservices-based systems

• Design, optimize, and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL)

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and scalability

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and deployments

• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Strong backend expertise in .NET and Python

• Working knowledge of JavaScript technologies (React / Node.js / Angular / Vue.js)

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Strong knowledge of databases

• SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis)

• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture

• Experience with Git and version control workflows

• Knowledge of authentication and security practices (JWT, OAuth)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Next.js (SSR)

• Exposure to AI/LLMs or data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)
