Senior Integration Developer / Analyst (Offshore – Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer / Analyst to support the discovery, design, development, and migration of enterprise integration solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise middleware, deep analytical capability, and experience documenting and modernizing existing integrations within complex environments.

• Location: Remote (Offshore)
• Language Requirement: English (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Integration Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Support reverse engineering activities by analysing existing custom integration solutions, including business logic, data flow, security mechanisms, and communication protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and technical stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize TO-BE integration requirements.
• Create detailed technical documentation including integration specifications, mapping documents, and architecture diagrams.
• Analyse existing application logic and translate technical findings into structured documentation.

Integration Platform Development
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise integration development using IBM webMethods platform components.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Support migration of existing Government-to-Government (G2G) integrations from legacy custom applications into the new integration platform.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, performance optimization, and best practices across all integration implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration and software development.
• Strong expertise in IBM webMethods integration stack including Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, and B2B components (Mandatory).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services is preferred, including:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus
• Event Grid
• Strong ability to analyse and understand legacy application logic and integrations.
• Expert knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, and web service security protocols such as OAuth and JWT.
• Experience integrating systems within government or public sector environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to bridge technical analysis with business requirements documentation.
