## What You’ll Be Doing: Optimize X Layer performance, enhance on-chain infrastructure, and develop related products. Stay up to date with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and establish a world-class on-chain infrastructure. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and implement technical solutions for the public chain and provide necessary technical support. ## What We Look For In You: Proficiency in Rust, with experience reading core code of major public chains or L2 solutions (e.g., ETH, Optimism, Arbitrum), with solid expertise in OP Stack; familiarity with Reth is a strong plus. Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, P2P networks, and cryptography. Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical thinking skills.
