Senior DevOps / AWS (Amazon Connect)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong hands-on experience across AWS, particularly Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, and AI/ML infrastructure. This role combines DevOps, cloud engineering, and AI integration to support scalable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Connect and AWS services
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Support engineering teams with DevOps best practices
• Contribute to development efforts (Java, Python, React)
• Implement cloud security, IAM policies, and monitoring solutions
• Scale and optimize AI/ML applications in production environments
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lex (Bedrock is a plus)
• Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML systems in production
• Strong DevOps background (CI/CD, Terraform, cloud infrastructure)
• Solid development experience (Java required; Python/React a plus)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS ecosystem tools and services
• Knowledge of cloud security, logging, and monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch)
• Familiarity with tools such as Kafka, MongoDB, Splunk, or Dynatrace
