Introduction:

This position is for a skilled AI Technology Specialist who will be responsible for coaching engineering teams on effective AI tool usage such as Copilot, Claude, and Codex. The specialist will also develop AI enabled SDLC playbooks, define best practices, workflows, and guardrails, train teams on AI assisted development, and work on hands-on agent building.
Responsibilities:
• Coach engineering teams on effective AI tool usage including Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
• Develop AI enabled SDLC playbooks to streamline development processes.
• Define best practices, workflows, and guardrails for AI implementation.
• Train teams on AI assisted development to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Hands-on agent building to create functional AI solutions.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
• Experience in coaching engineering teams on effective AI tool usage.
• Ability to develop AI enabled SDLC playbooks.
• Strong understanding of best practices, workflows, and guardrails in AI implementation.
• Training experience in AI assisted development.
• Hands-on experience in agent building for AI solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AI technology.
• Certifications in AI technology.
Preferred Skills:
• Additional experience in coaching engineering teams on AI tool usage.
• Advanced skills in developing AI enabled SDLC playbooks.
• Expertise in defining best practices, workflows, and guardrails.
