You will be tasked with designing and optimizing data pipelines that handle clinical data from various sources while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Accountabilities
• Architect production-grade data pipelines integrating clinical data across multiple channels.
• Lead integration efforts with health plan partners and health information exchanges.
• Build and optimize cloud-native data infrastructure using AWS.
• Develop frameworks and internal tooling for accelerating new data source onboarding.
• Collaborate with data science teams to build foundations for predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on healthcare data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with additional programming languages.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing.
• Experience with data modeling and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
