Python Backend Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Engineer with experience in Python and a strong foundation in Computer Engineering or related fields. You’ll work on software development projects alongside international teams, gaining hands-on experience with real-world systems and helping support scalable applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about clean code, eager to learn, with a great English level, and solid communication skills.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of Backend Development experience with Python

• Familiarity with Python web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Tornado

• Formal hands-on experience as a Software Developer in at least one real project

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field

• Understanding of coding best practices, such as SOLID, TDD, etc

• Experience working in medium-large collaborative teams, contributing effectively in cross-functional environments

• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and production deployment

• Strong soft skills like communication, autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum high B2, C1 is preferred

Nice to Have:
• Exposure to AWS services, especially DynamoDB, S3, or SQS

• Familiarity with Ports, Adapters, and Hexagonal architecture principles

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Golang and interest in developing further

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Awareness of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized development

• Understanding of monitoring tools like New Relic or OpenTelemetry

• Awareness of different types of software testing
