GenAI Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intelligent agent-based workflows using Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure Functions
• Develop backend services in .NET, leveraging Azure serverless architecture
• Build advanced prompt engineering logic for adaptive agents
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to refine agent behaviors and optimize plugin orchestration

Requirements:

• 4+ years in backend development (C#/.NET)
• Strong experience in prompt engineering and GenAI agent design
• Hands-on with Azure, CosmosDB, Azure AI Search, and Semantic Kernel
• Familiarity with distributed systems and conversational AI patterns
