Location: Remote / Global
Compensation: $170K – $190K + Equity + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and scale secure, high-performance infrastructure for a rapidly growing technology environment. This is a high-impact role focused on reliability, automation, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Manage containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation strategies
• Ensure monitoring, reliability, and system performance
• Support deployments and collaborate with engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
• Solid understanding of cloud or distributed systems
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki)

Must Have
• Experience with blockchain nodes or Web3 infrastructure
• Distributed systems or high-throughput backend experience
• Open-source contributions
• Smart contract deployment experience
