Snowflake Data Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN | Duration: 12 months | Remote/Hybrid

Seeking for a Snowflake Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of a cloud-based Snowflake Data Repository. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using the Snowflake platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer the Snowflake Platform.
• Manage onboarding activities for the Snowflake Platform.
• Develop and execute Quality Assurance protocols, focusing on data integrity and security.
• Support business intelligence design and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse design, development, and operations using Snowflake.
• 5 years of experience with SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Experience with data integration tools like Microsoft SSIS.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Skills:
• Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS).
• Experience with the Snowflake Platform.
• Proficiency in stored procedure development and optimization.
• Experience with scripting languages Python/PowerShell.
• API development and Business Intelligence Development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Knowledge of Database design and implementation.
• Experience in Healthcare Informatics.
