Position: Software Engineering Evaluator
Type: Contractor (Hourly contract)
Compensation: $150/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Design verification mechanisms and agents to validate software engineering solutions and identify error patterns.
Assess AI capabilities across the full software engineering lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise-grade AI-driven coding solutions.
Requirements Strong experience at a top-tier product company.
Strong expertise in building full-stack, production-grade applications using modern programming languages and tools.
Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code quality assessment.
Ability to evaluate complex codebases and provide clear, structured feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
