Rate: Upto $65-$75/hr on W2 (All inclusive / no benefits)

• BCBS applications/integrations: Blue2, ITS, Datanet
• Strong expertise in web services and API development/maintenance (SOAP & REST)
Preferred / Additional Skills:
• BlueCard Modernization experience
• APIGEE connectivity
• Java, Spring Boot

• IBM MQ
• SQL (various platforms)
• Tomcat
• GitHub
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
• Able to lead while also collaborating effectively with existing teams
