Job Description:
This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. This role facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across, as well as Risk and Compliance partners. Individuals in the role also ensure delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline and cost.
Responsibilities:
• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
• Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders
• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks/issues, and schedule
• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
• Manages program financials and supports resource planning
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

The Global Cloud Governance Framework (GCGF) is Bank of America’s review process for all Public / External Cloud workloads. Within the Enterprise Cloud Platforms organization, the GCGF Operations team is responsible for managing the governance and ensuring the comprehensive review of all Public / External Cloud workloads.
As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively working with Stakeholders in Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit
- Assist in design / review / decision processes for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals along with applicable Exceptions / Conditions
- Facilitate Office Hours as well as Weekly / Monthly GCGF Governance Meetings and produce corresponding Agendas, Reports, and Minutes
- Maintain official records and documents, validating preparedness for audits and examinations
- End User Support and Relationship Management for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals
- Enable the Bank’s Cloud Strategy while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulations, driving industry best practices for financial services cloud computing
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail to meet the requirements of a highly regulated and often audited process in a unique risk environment
- Strong ability to consolidate information into executive ready and audit ready presentations
- Executive presence and ability to present and communicate information clearly to executive audiences, technical audiences, and auditors
- Influential leader with the ability to persuade others.
- Understanding of Cloud architectures and models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired Skills
- Knowledgeable in Global Technology risk related policies and practices
- Knowledge of Cloud Security Review Process and Permit to Send
