We are looking for brilliant and exceptional Senior Associates who share a passion for excellence in service delivery and are interested in making strategic contributions towards the growth of the Firm beyond technical proficiency.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Draft and advise on complex agreements for clients in a broad range of industries.
Oversee legal research and provide advice and legal support to clients in multiple industries including Banking & finance, capital markets, intellectual property & entertainment, technology & startups, real estate, logistics and FMCG; Dispute resolution, Debt recovery, data privacy etc.
Support clients with transaction negotiation, attend meetings and other clients’ engagements.
Oversee the conduct of data privacy audits and handle other regulatory preparation and submission of license applications and other miscellaneous tasks.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate law with practical experience
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Proactive and organized approach to serving handling multiple tasks and clients

Requirements

Bachelors of Law (LL.B)
Nigerian Law School
Between 10-12 years post call experience
