The company is seeking to hire an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Officer who will be responsible for selling the organization’s products and services, via phone, email, or other online channels.
This role will require positive and energized communication skills from the ideal candidate.


Identifying and actioning new business leads to increase sales revenue
Contacting a wide clientele via phone/email/digital media
Liaising between customer and internal operations team to ensure correct understanding of each inquires or projects
Driving and generating opportunities for revenue growth consistent with business commercial strategy and objective.
Preparing all relevant sales materials and responding to all external queries as they come.


Minimum qualification is OND qualification
Good customer service orientation and experience
Strong passion for sales and problem-solving capability
Ability to absorb and relay technical information
Commercially aware, maximizing opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Good IT literacy skills – Microsoft Office, CRM tools – especially Excel
