Responsibilities:·

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients, advanced machines, and techniques in the    production process.
Maintain a safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing environment.
Implement production schedules and monitor workflow to meet production targets.
Train and mentor production staff to uphold our quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and innovation.
Maintain records and reports related to production performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar FMCG industry
Knowledge of snack production processes and quality control.
Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
