Lagos City Lead is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, include evaluating the work done by sales representatives and sales officers, training sales teams, and analyzing sales trends.
Responsibilities
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Responsible for managing the sales of the region and rate individual performances.
Report on region-wise sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.
Schedule and conduct sales appointment with key resource personnel of hospitals and healthcare facilities to sell LifeBank product
Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers.
Work in line with company objectives to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Provide daily call reports as well as a weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.

Qualifications
B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Master's Degree in a similar discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales manager, or similar senior sales role
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
