Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, introduce them to our technology, and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and educating shoppers about the benefits of our cutting-edge solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Educate shoppers on how to use our app for quick and efficient shopping.
Provide demonstrations and answer questions about the technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to the app.
Monitor and assist with self-checkout areas as needed.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Collect and report customer feedback and insights to improve the app.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Comfortable using and explaining mobile apps to customers.
Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
