The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Key responsibilities of a Finance Manager may include:

Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conducting financial forecasting and budgeting exercises.
Monitoring and managing cash flow, including maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance indicators and providing reports to senior management.
Assessing and mitigating financial risks.
Overseeing tax planning and compliance activities.
Managing and coordinating the work of the finance team, including supervising the accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
Evaluating and implementing financial management systems and software.
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Key skills and qualifications required for a Finance Manager position may include:
