Create an aesthetically supportive learning environment that fosters inquiry, creativity, thinking, and independence to help your learners meet their learning goals.
Teach the learners the essential rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English, using interesting and diverse methods
Identify learners with special requirements and create individualized plans
Assist struggling learners to improve their literacy skills
Research new language teaching methods
Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the learning and implementation of best practices in Literacy instruction.
Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of learners.
Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
Oversee the learners’ progress by tracking their assignments and exam grades, in order to provide helpful feedback.

Requirements

B.Sc / BA in English Language or English Literature; MSc is a plus
Previous experience as an English teacher in an International school
Knowledge of various teaching methods
Deep understanding of the national English curriculum
A patient and resilient personality
Dedication to students and education
Competency in ICT
Excellent written, Oral communication and exceptional organizational skill
Strong commitment to professional development.
