Data Operations Team Lead (Nashville, TN)

A key member of the Data Operations Analytics team, the Team Lead formulates and drives automation and analytics strategies to achieve business goals, including productivity savings and digital transformation.

Your role:

• Coordinate creation of Automation and non-RPA projects with business stakeholders and the Data Operations Analytics team members to help achieve cost savings through efficiency and optimize automation success.
• Implement training and development of the Data Operations Analytics team in our Nashville location. Ensure maximum effectiveness of analysts by planning, developing, and implementing training programs and automation processes and monitoring progress.
• Direct the development, production, and distribution of information to the team on technical background, automation strategies, solution development skills, work habits and attitudes, policies, procedures, institutional promotion, and all other materials related to the training of the team.
• Audit project meetings, tool development and data documentation for proactive coaching purposes; identifying efficiency gaps and potential improvements for greater ROI and/or reducing cycle times.
• Create and maintain department training procedures and documents.

You’re the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of Business Analyst / Process Analyst / IT Analyst or similar experience.
• Your skills include experience with any kind of process automation projects (using RPA, VBA, SAP Scripting, BPMS, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.) as well as process mapping and data analytics skills.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in data operations. Experience working in DAX, SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
• You’re an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who is highly organized with the ability to drive tasks to completion. You should have the ability to motivate a team, work independently, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office / Remote position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
