We are urgently seeking an intelligent and well-presented female Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with OND or HND qualifications who are passionate about customer service and can start before October 1, 2023.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in person, by phone, or through electronic communication channels to provide outstanding service.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Issue Resolution: Listen to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Sales Support: Provide product information, process orders, and offer relevant upsell or cross-sell options to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized customer records and transaction history.
Front Desk Duties: Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Cash Handling: Handle cash and card payments accurately, process refunds, and provide receipts.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or HND (Higher National Diploma) in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand during work shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
Ability to dress professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers.
Prior customer service experience is mandatory.
