Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create and enhance products/services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Monitor and report on sales and business development activities.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
