Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing relationships with clients. Your goal will be to drive business growth by promoting our HR services to potential clients in the market.
Sales: You will actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation. You will articulate the value proposition of our HR services and work closely with our clients to address their needs, ultimately closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is at the core of what we do. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Your ability to understand and meet their requirements will be key to fostering long-term partnerships.
HR Services: You will have a comprehensive understanding of our HR services, including recruitment, personnel management outsourcing, training, background checking, and career services for job applicants. Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
