Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, engaging, and nurturing business partnerships, with a focus on acquiring qualified customers for our clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and establish Vortex NG as a leader in customer acquisition solutions.


Identify and target potential clients that align with Vortex NG's customer acquisition solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor solutions effectively.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of Vortex NG's services to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to our sales force, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Vortex NG's products.
Represent Vortex NG at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and foster new business relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is advantageous.
